Every product is independently verified via third-party laboratory testing to ensure purity and potency prior to dispatch. All purchases made through Veyra are done with the implied acknowledgement that you have reviewed and accepted the empirical testing provided. Where do you ship?

At this time, orders can only be shipped to addresses within Canada. We ship all orders domestically to ensure safe, reliable delivery — free from customs complications — in discreet, unmarked packaging. PO boxes and Flex Delivery addresses are fully supported.
How long does shipping take?

Most orders are dispatched the same business day, with standard delivery typically arriving within 1–3 business days depending on your location. Please note these are averages — delivery may take slightly longer if there is a courier delay or if you are located in a remote or rural community. Tracking is provided for all orders.
Is tracking provided?

Yes, tracking is included with all orders. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress. If you do not receive tracking information within one business day of order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder before reaching out.
How do I pay?

We accept Interac e-Transfer only. After placing your order through our catalog, you will be shown a confirmation screen with the exact amount to send and our e-transfer email address (veyrapay@gmail.com). Auto-deposit is enabled — no password required. Please include your order number (e.g. VEY-1234) in the memo field of your e-transfer so we can match your payment quickly. Orders must be paid within 24 hours of placement to be confirmed.
Is bacteriostatic water required?

Yes. All Veyra peptides ship in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water prior to use. Bacteriostatic water is sold separately and is available at most compounding pharmacies across Canada. We strongly recommend using pharmaceutical-grade bacteriostatic water only — do not attempt to reconstitute our products with saline, tap water, or off-brand alternatives, as this can compromise the integrity of the compound.
How can I know your products are legitimate?

Every Veyra compound is sourced from GMP-certified manufacturers and independently verified for purity and potency via third-party HPLC and mass spectrometry analysis. Each product is paired with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) that you can personally review and match to your batch. We do not sell any compound that has not been independently tested — full stop. Certificates of Analysis are available on request via WhatsApp or email.
How should I store my peptides?

Lyophilized (unreconstituted) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light — a refrigerator at 4°C is ideal for longer-term storage. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, peptides should always be refrigerated at 4°C and used within 28–30 days. Never freeze a reconstituted peptide. Keep all products away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
Are your products safe for human use?
